About This Story

Tonight's story is called The Finch Who Shared. When a little finch named Farin discovers the most beautiful sunflower seed he has ever seen, he decides to keep it all to himself and hide it away in a secret place. But as the days grow harder for the other birds in Sunflower Field, Farin's little heart begins to feel heavier and heavier. Slowly, he learns that a seed kept alone is just a seed — but a seed shared becomes something far more golden. By the end, Farin discovers that Allah اللّٰه loves the hands that give, and that real joy blooms not in keeping, but in giving.

Alhamdulillah اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰه , little one. That word doesn't mean 'thank you for the exciting things.' It means 'all praise belongs to Allah اللّٰه ' — for everything. The big moments and the small, quiet, ordinary ones too. Sometimes the quiet ones are the sweetest, if we take the time to notice them.
