Subscription & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Salaam Sleep free trials, subscriptions, payments, renewals and cancellations work.

1. Subscription Price

Salaam Sleep costs:

£4.99 per month

Your subscription provides access to the paid Salaam Sleep service and eligible features for as long as your subscription remains active.

Any different promotional price or offer will be clearly displayed before you subscribe.

2. Free Trial

Eligible new customers can receive a 7-day free trial of Salaam Sleep.

During your trial, you can access the features included within the trial without paying the monthly subscription fee.

Salaam Sleep may also offer opportunities to extend your free trial through eligible rewards or activities.

The total trial period, including extensions, can be increased to a maximum of 15 days.

Trial extensions are subject to eligibility and may only be claimed as intended.

3. What Happens When the Trial Ends?

When your free trial expires, your free access to subscription-only features will end.

If your trial requires you to actively purchase a subscription afterwards, you will be shown the option to subscribe for £4.99 per month.

If we introduce a trial that automatically converts to a paid subscription, this will be made clear before you begin that trial, including the price and when the first payment will be taken.

You will never intentionally be enrolled into a paid subscription without this being disclosed during the signup or checkout process.

4. Monthly Subscription

Salaam Sleep subscriptions are billed monthly.

The applicable subscription price will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase.

Once your payment is successful, your account will receive paid subscriber access.

5. Automatic Renewal

Your monthly subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it.

For a standard £4.99 monthly subscription, this means you will normally be charged:

£4.99 each month

until you cancel.

Your renewal date is based on the date your paid subscription begins.

6. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your Salaam Sleep subscription at any time using the subscription or billing-management options provided within your account.

There is no requirement to continue subscribing for a minimum number of months unless a different subscription arrangement is clearly stated before purchase.

Cancelling prevents your subscription from renewing for another billing period.

7. What Happens After Cancellation?

Cancelling your subscription does not normally remove access immediately.

If you have already paid for the current billing period, you can continue using your paid Salaam Sleep access until the end of that paid period.

For example:

If your monthly subscription renews on the 15th of each month and you cancel on the 20th, your access would normally continue until the next scheduled renewal date.

You would then not be charged for another month.

8. Deleting the App Does Not Cancel Your Subscription

Deleting or uninstalling Salaam Sleep does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Similarly, simply stopping using Salaam Sleep does not cancel your subscription.

You must cancel through the provided subscription-management process.

9. Account Deletion and Subscription Cancellation

Deleting your Salaam Sleep account and cancelling your subscription are separate actions.

If you have an active paid subscription and wish to leave Salaam Sleep completely, please ensure your subscription is cancelled as part of the process.

Where possible, Salaam Sleep will make this distinction clear during account deletion.

10. Failed Payments

If we are unable to collect a subscription payment, our payment provider may attempt the payment again.

You may also be asked to update your payment method.

If payment remains unsuccessful, your paid access may eventually be paused or restricted.

You will not be charged for additional subscription periods once your subscription has been successfully cancelled.

11. Managing Your Payment Method

Subscription payments are processed using Stripe.

Where available, you can use the secure billing-management system to:

• View your subscription
• Update your payment method
• View relevant billing information
• Cancel your subscription

Salaam Sleep does not need to store your full payment-card details when they are processed securely by our payment provider.

12. Refunds

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

If you believe you have:

• Been charged incorrectly
• Been charged after a valid cancellation
• Experienced a duplicate payment
• Experienced another billing problem

Any refund request will be considered in accordance with applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the payment.

13. Price Changes

Salaam Sleep may change its subscription price in the future.

If a price change affects your existing recurring subscription, we will provide any notice required by applicable law before the new price applies.

Where applicable, you will have the opportunity to cancel before being charged the new price.

14. Subscription Support

• A payment
• Your renewal date
• A failed payment

• Your subscription status
• A possible incorrect charge
