About This Story

Tonight's story is called The Wolf Who Shared. When a young wolf named Zaki gathers a whole basket of pinecone-nuts and berries to keep safe for himself through the long winter, he learns that hiding away his blessings only makes him lonelier and colder inside. When the other animals of Silver Pine Forest begin to struggle as the frost deepens, Zaki must decide whether to guard his basket alone or open his paws to his friends. By the end, he discovers that Allah's blessings multiply in barakah, not in hoarding — and that a shared basket, however small, can warm an entire forest.
