Tonight's story is called The Penguin's Good Deed Path. When a little penguin named Zaki discovers he would rather nap on the ice than help anyone else, he learns that the coast is dotted with quiet stones that only glow for those who do good without being asked. At first Zaki is far too lazy to notice them at all. But when his friends' work becomes too heavy to carry alone, Zaki finally steps in — and something wonderful begins to happen beneath his flippers. By the end, Zaki discovers that good deeds are never wasted, that Allah اللّٰه sees even the smallest kindness done in secret, and that a path lit by good deeds is the most beautiful path of all.
