About This Story
Tonight's story is called The Butterfly of Gratitude. When a little butterfly wakes up each morning in Rainbow Garden, she looks at her own plain, pale wings and feels unhappy — because every other creature around her seems to sparkle in a way she doesn't. She flutters from flower to flower, watching the ladybird's spots and the bee's golden stripes, wishing she could trade her wings for theirs. But a wise old dew-drop on the moonflower shows her something she never noticed — that her wings hold every colour in the garden, all at once, if she only stops to look. By the end, the little butterfly learns that Alhamdulillah الحمد لله is not just something you say — it's something you see, when you truly look at what Allah اللّٰه has already given you.
