About This Story

Tonight's story is called The Alpaca and the Silver Bell. In Bell Meadow, a fluffy young alpaca named Suri is given a very special job — ringing the Silver Bell every evening so all her animal friends know it's time to come home before dark. At first, Suri gets so busy playing and daydreaming that she forgets, and one evening her friends are left out in the meadow, worried and lost. Suri learns that being trusted with something means remembering it even when it's easy to forget, and that Allah اللّٰه loves those who take care of what they've been given. By the end, Suri rings her bell with pride every single evening, and Bell Meadow always finds its way home.
