About This Story

Tonight's story is called Riyaadh and the Moonlit Date Tree. When little Riyaadh visits his grandfather's orchard hoping to pick sweet dates like he did last year, he finds the branches almost bare — and his heart sinks with disappointment. But as the moon rises over the old date tree, his grandfather shows him something he almost missed: one last golden date, waiting just for him, and a whole tree full of blessings he hadn't noticed. By the end, Riyaadh learns that Shukr — gratitude — isn't about counting what's missing, but about noticing what Allah has already given.
