About This Story

Tonight's story is called The Badger and the Hidden Blessing. When Bramble the badger wakes up to find his favourite patch of sweet roots has dried away, he feels sure that nothing good is left for him in Fern Hollow. He grumbles and digs and searches, disappointed with every empty burrow he finds. But as the days pass, wise friends remind him that Allah's blessings are not always where we expect them — sometimes they are hidden, waiting for a patient heart to find them. By the end, Bramble discovers something far sweeter than what he lost, tucked beneath the ferns all along, and learns that gratitude means trusting Allah even when a blessing is hidden from sight.
